In April 2015 ANIALMG offered professional training, in partnership with the Cluj City Hall and Local Council for 19 employees of public service institutions.
On April 28th 2015, ANIALMG attended the launch conference of the Orange Foundation, being among the winners of the funding program called „The world through light and sound”, 2015 edition with the project „Access to Information for Deaf People” which is supported by Orange Foundation.
In April-May 2015 ANIALMG organized a beginner’s course in Bucharest for 12 persons who were interested in learning Sign Language and communicating with Deaf people.
In June-July 2015, in partnership with the General Direction for Social Assistance and Child Protection Bihor, the ANIALMG team held a beginner`s Sign Language course within this institution, for 21 employees.
In June-July 2015, a Sign Language course was held in Bucharest for a group of 11 people, some of them working for public service institutions from Ialomița and Olt counties.
Since its establishment, ANIALMG has been an EFSLI member (European Forum of Sign Language Interpreters), and has attended its conferences in the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, England, Scotland and Finland. In July 2015, a delegation from ANIALMG attended the World Congresses of WFD and WASLI in Istanbul, Turkey, proudly representing the Romanian Deaf community and the Romanian Sign Language interpreters.
Starting from 2015, ANIALMG also organizes training courses authorized by the National Authority for Qualifications, for the profession of Sign Language interpreter (for postgraduates) for beginner and advanced levels, number 234004 in the Romanian occupational classification system.
In December 2015 ANIALMG offered training services in Sign Language within the project „Development of social economy through social entrepreneurship” by training 30 employees of public service institutions.
Starting with March 2012, ANIALMG has been continually providing Sign Language Interpretation of TV talk-shows for TVR Cluj. During this time the following have been interpreted into Sign Language: Regional Weekend News, „Transilvania la Zi”, „Fără Prejudecăți” as well as election campaign talk-shows. Since 2015 all the informative talk-shows of TVR Cluj have been interpreted daily between 5 and 6 PM. These can be viewed on http:// www.tvrplus.ro.
In 2014 – 2015, the ANIALMG team has strongly collaborated with the association ASSOC from Baia Mare and supported it by offering human resources and specialty materials from the Sign Language domain for the project „Innovation and employment for women – Voices for the community ”. An ANIALMG delegation attended numerous conferences of the project in Cluj-Napoca, Bucharest and London.
